不同健康教育模式预防老年人跌倒效果的网状Meta分析OA

Intervention effects of different health education models on falls in the elderly:a network meta-analysis

目的:评价不同健康教育模式对老年人跌倒的干预效果.方法:计算机检索 PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、the Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普数据库中关于健康教育模式预防老年人跌倒的随机对照试验,检索时限为建库至 2023 年 5 月 30 日.采用 Stata 16.0 进行网状 Meta 分析.结果:共纳入 19 篇文献,涉及 7 种健康教育模式.网状Meta分析结果显示,与常规健康教育相比,Teach-back模式、PMT模式、KAP模式、HBM模式、格林模式在预防老年人跌倒效果方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中Teach-back模式在预防老年人跌倒方面效果最佳,PMT 次之.结论:当前证据表明,Teach-back模式和PMT对预防老年人跌倒效果具有一定优势.

Objective:To evaluate the intervention effects of different health education models on falls in the elderly.Methods:Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on health education models to prevent falls in the elderly were retrieved from Pubmed,Web of Science,EMbase,Cochrane Library,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,and VIP Database.The search time limit was from establishing databases to May 30,2023.The network meta-analysis was performed using Stata 16.0.Results:A total of 19 articles were included,involving 7 health education models.The results of mesh meta-analysis showed that compared with conventional health education,Teach-back model,PMT model,KAP model,HBM model and Green model had significant differences in the effect of preventing falls in the elderly(P<0.05).Among them,the Teach-back model has the best effect on preventing falls in the elderly,followed by PMT.Conclusion:Current evidence shows that Teach-back model and PMT have certain advantages in the prevention of falls in the elderly.
