Abstract
Objective:To describe and analyze the research on disease perception in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)at home and abroad to provide a basis for subsequent research.Methods:Using the research method proposed by Arksey as the framework,the related literature on disease perception in CHD patients undergoing PCI was retrieved from PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),and VIP database,from the establishment of databases to May 8,2023.The included literature was screened,discussed,and summarized.Results:A total of 34 papers were finally included,including 21 studies on the impact of disease perception on patients,2 studies on factors affecting disease perception,4 involving assessment tools,and 7 randomized controlled trials(RCTs).Conclusions:Disease perception plays a key role in the health outcomes of CHD patients undergoing PCI.The nursing field should pay attention to the impact of disease perception on CHD patients undergoing PCI,actively develop specific assessment tools,explore relevant theoretical frameworks,and develop intervention plans to promote early recovery of patients.关键词
