Abstract
Objective:To search,evaluate and summarize the best evidence for preventing fracture in elderly patients with sarcopenia-osteoporosis(SOP).Methods:According to the"6 S"resource pyramid model,the database and website were searched from top to bottom:BMJ Best Practice,UpToDate,National Library of Clinical Practice Guidelines(CPG),American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons(AAOS),Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network(SIGN),PubMed,Registered Nurses'Association of Ontario,Canada Clinical guidelines,expert consensus,systematic review and randomized controlled trial on fracture prevention and management in elderly patients with sarcopenia and osteoporosis in databases such as RNAO,Jiemitong,CNKI and VIP Information.The search period was until October 1,2023.The AGREE II tool was used to evaluate the quality of clinical guidelines,the JBI standard was used to evaluate the quality of expert consensus methodology,and the JBI standard was used to evaluate the methodological quality of systematic evaluation.Results:A total of 11 papers were included,and 26 pieces of evidence were obtained from 6 aspects,including risk factors,screening tools,medication care,exercise guidance,nutrition management and life guidance.Conclusions:The 26 best evidences were summarized to provide evidence-based evidence for the prevention and management of fractures in elderly patients with sarcopenia and osteoporosis.关键词
