米非司酮联合醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗子宫肌瘤合并中度贫血的效果观察
Effect of Mifepristone Combined with Leuprelin Acetate on Patients with Uterine Fibroids Complicated with Moderate Anemia

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Mifepristone and Leuprelin Acetate on uterine volume,hemoglobin and sex hormone levels in patients with uterine fibroids(UF)complicated with moderate anemia.Methods In total,100 pa-tients with UF complicated with moderate anemia treated from May 2022 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into research group(n =50)and control group(n =50).The two groups were treated with Ferrous Succinate sustained re-lease tablets to correct anemia,the control group was treated with Mifepristone,and the research group was treated with Leu-prelin Acetate combined with Mifepristone.The treatment cycle was 3 months.The therapeutic effect,uterine volume,UF volume,anema-related indexes[hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cell count(RBC),mean red blood cell volume(MCV)],sex hormone[luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)],inflammatory stress factors[in-terleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)]were com-pared between the two groups,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were recorded.Results The total ef-fective rate of the research group[96.00%(48/50)]was higher than that of the control group[80.00%(40/50)](P<0.05).At 1,2 and 3 months after treatment,the uterine volume and UF volume of the research group were smaller than those of the control group,and the levels of Hb,RBC and MCV in peripheral blood were higher than those of the control group;the levels of serum LH,E2,FSH,IL-6,TNF-α and MDA were lower than those of the control group,while the level of SOD was higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Preoperative use of Mifepristone combined with Leuprelin Acetate in the treatment of UF patients with moderate anemia is effective in clinical treatment,further reduce the uterine volume and UF vol-ume,improve the level of sex hormones,and correct the anemia.关键词
