我国林业特色资源产业发展现状及对策建议
Industrial Development of Forestry Specialty Resources in China:Current Status and Countermeasures

Abstract
Forestry speciality resources are an important part of the invaluable assets of lucid water and lush mountains.Promoting the production and processing of forestry speciality resources is of great significance to ensure national food security,implement the strategies including rural revitalization and healthy China,boost green growth,and build China into a powerful country with ecological civilization and Chinese path to modernization.However,its development still faces various challenges.This paper summarizes the forestry specialty resources and their industrial development at home and abroad,and confirms the essential significance of forestry specialty resources to the development of different nations and regions.In view of the primary problems arising in the industrial development of forest specialty resources in China,suggestions are put forward for promoting the high-quality industrial development of China's forestry specialty resources,including:1)Strengthening overarching layout and master plan to promote the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries;2)Innovating the efficient utilization of specialty resources and cultivating strategic emerging industries;3)Accelerating the research and development of intelligent equipment for whole industrial chain to improve labor productivity;4)Innovating the mode of organization and implementation of forestry related programs and projects,and creating special funds to build long-term and stable support;and 5)Introducing diversified investment mechanisms to strengthen the policy supports for financial inputs.关键词
