摘要
Abstract
With the aging of the global population,the co-existence of chronic diseases has increased signifi-cantly.In particular,elderly patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus(i.e"CHD-DM")is more frequent,which not only affects the physical and mental health of patients,but also increases the risk of frailty and disability,resulting in an increase in hospitalization rate and mortality,but also brings heavy care and economic burden to society and families,and has become a major public health problem in society.In clinical practice,"CHD-DM"increases the complexity of diagnosis and treatment,and urgently needs to be comprehensively managed.关键词
