抗细菌黏附氟化SiO2纳米纤维膜的制备及其性能

Abstract
Preparation and performances of antibacterial adhesion fluorinated SiO2 nanofiber membrane were discussed.Tetraethyl silicate(TEOS)was used as the silicon source to obtain SiO2 electrospinning solution.Perfluorooctyltrimethoxysilicon(FAS)was doped into spinning solution.Electrospinning method was used to prepare antibacterial adhesion fluorinated SiO2 nanofiber membrane.Results showed that fluorinated SiO2 nanofiber membrane had excellent hydrophobic performance.It could effectively resist bacterial cells suspended in hydrophilic environments and prevent them adhering to the surface of nanofiber membranes.The fluorinated SiO2 nanofiber membrane was mixed with escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus for 24 h,it was found that the membrane have excellent antimicrobial activity.In addition,the cytotoxicity of L929 cells in vitro were tested after 24 h and 72 h of cultivation.It was found that the fluorinated SiO2 nanofiber membranes still maintained lower cytotoxicity.It is considered that antibacterial adhesion fluorinated SiO2 nanofiber membrane can further explore the application of antibacterial fibers.关键词
