探讨抗细菌黏附氟化SiO2纳米纤维膜的制备及性能.以硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)为硅源得到SiO2静电纺丝液,将全氟辛基三甲氧基硅(FAS)掺入纺丝液中,利用静电纺丝法制得抗细菌黏附的氟化SiO2纳米纤维膜.结果表明:氟化SiO2纳米纤维膜具有良好的疏水性,可有效抵御亲水环境中悬浮的细菌细胞,防止其在纤维膜表面黏附.将氟化SiO2纳米纤维膜与大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌混合培养24 h,从抗菌平板上发现其具有较为优异的抗菌活性.此外,利用L929细胞在培养24 h和72 h后对其体外细胞毒性进行检测,发现氟化SiO2纳米纤维膜仍保持较低的细胞毒性.认为:抗细菌黏附氟化SiO2纳米纤维膜可进一步拓展抗菌纤维的应用.

Preparation and performances of antibacterial adhesion fluorinated SiO2 nanofiber membrane were discussed.Tetraethyl silicate(TEOS)was used as the silicon source to obtain SiO2 electrospinning solution.Perfluorooctyltrimethoxysilicon(FAS)was doped into spinning solution.Electrospinning method was used to prepare antibacterial adhesion fluorinated SiO2 nanofiber membrane.Results showed that fluorinated SiO2 nanofiber membrane had excellent hydrophobic performance.It could effectively resist bacterial cells suspended in hydrophilic environments and prevent them adhering to the surface of nanofiber membranes.The fluorinated SiO2 nanofiber membrane was mixed with escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus for 24 h,it was found that the membrane have excellent antimicrobial activity.In addition,the cytotoxicity of L929 cells in vitro were tested after 24 h and 72 h of cultivation.It was found that the fluorinated SiO2 nanofiber membranes still maintained lower cytotoxicity.It is considered that antibacterial adhesion fluorinated SiO2 nanofiber membrane can further explore the application of antibacterial fibers.
