摘要

Abstract

In view of the disadvantages of traditional microscopical determination of fiber content,the application and development of artificial intelligence in the detection field,two artificial intelligence(AI)test models were developed to accurately identify,classify and quantitative analysis the longitudinal and cross-sectional profiles of cotton viscose fibers.Influence of sample preparation factors on the recognition of two kinds of artificial intelligence test models was discussed.The artificial physics method and AI model test results were analyzed and compared.The results showed that the results of the two AI models were basically consistent with those of the artificial microscope,the absolute errors were both within 2.5%and the test efficiency was higherThe artificial test time was reduced from 80 min to 13 min.It is considered that the comprehensive application of the two AI testing models can realize the fast and accurate quantitative detection of cotton viscose blended fiber.
