Analysis of fibrillated structure and property of Lyocell fiber

Abstract
In order to study the effect of fibrination on the property and structure of Lyocell fiber,the longitudinal structure,composition,crystal structure,thermal property,expansion property,tensile property,electrical conductivity and moisture absorption property of Lyocell G100 and Lyocell LF fiber before and after fibrination were tested and analyzed.The results showed that after fibrination,small branches appeared on the longitudinal surface of Lyocell G100,which was more obvious than Lyocell LF.The absorption peak value of fibrillated fibers was increased near 3330 cm-1,and the content of—OH group was increased,and the change of Lyocell G100 fiber was more obvious.The crystallinity and orientation of the fibrillated fiber were decreased,and the thermal stability of the fiber was decreased.The wet expansion rate and moisture regain rate of the fibrillated fiber were higher than those of the unfibrillated fiber,especially the Lyocell G100 with higher fibrillated degree had obvious change.The breaking strength and breaking elongation of the fibrillated fibers were decreased,and the decrease range of Lyocell G100 fiber was larger than that of Lyocell LF fiber.The mass specific resistance of the fibrillated fiber was decreased obviously and the conductivity was increased.关键词
