Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the suture anchor and cannulated screw for treatment of pa-tellar fracture.Methods The 60 patients with patellar fractures were divided into observation group(treated with su-ture anchor and cannulated screw internal fixation,30 cases)and control group(treated with Kirschner wire tension band and steel wire binding internal fixation,30 cases),according to different internal fixation methods.The surgical time,fracture healing status and postoperative complication incidence rate of both groups were recorded.Lysholm score was used to evaluate knee joint function.Results All patients were followed up,the time was 12～36(17.47±6.17)months in the observation group and 12～30(17.70±4.06)months in the control group.The surgical time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01).The callus formation time in both groups was 2～3 months,and the fracture healing time was 4～6 months.The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the last follow-up,there was no statisti-cally significant difference in the excellent-good rate of knee joint function evaluated by the Lysholm score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The treatment of patellar fractures with suture anchor and cannulated screw in-ternal fixation can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce the difficulty of surgery and occurrence of postopera-tive complications.Moreover,the internal fixation is stable and reliable,and the patient′s knee joint function recovers well after surgery.关键词
