Abstract
Technology measures for producing plain small jacquard fabric on air-jet loom with two-beam were discussed.A fine and high density plain small jacquard fabric was taken as an example,the stopping times of weaving process were counted and the reasons were analyzed.The quality of warp was improved by optimizing sizing instruction and improving the sizing process.In the weaving process,the process parameters such as warp shed,shed timing,loom tension and loom speed were optimized to improve loom efficiency.The results showed that the loom efficiency was increased from 69.8%to 88.9%,and the defects score was decreased from 17 points to 14 points.It is considered that the optimized process parameters meet the production requirements and the loom efficiency of producing small jacquard plain fabric is improved.关键词
