帕金森病与糖尿病相关性的研究进展
Research progress on the relationship between Parkinson's disease and diabetes
摘要
Abstract
Parkinson's disease and diabetes are common neurodegenerative diseases and metabolic diseases respectively,and the number of patients is increasing continuously in recent years.Both diseases are chronic diseases,and their occurrence and progression are regulated by genetic and environmental factors.Currently,there is a large amount of literature suggesting potential connections between the two diseases in different aspects.This article reviews the research progress in the epidemiology,pathogenesis,clinical symptoms and the impact of diabetes drugs on Parkinson's disease,so as to provide guidance for the prevention and treatment of the two diseases.关键词
