辽宁省营商环境发展水平测度及收敛性分析
Measurement and Convergent Analysis of Business Environment Development Level for Liaoning Province
摘要
Abstract
This paper first combs the relationship between marketization,legalization and internationalization of business environment;Then establishes a comprehensive evaluation system including 3 dimensions and 18 indicators,and calculates the business environment development level of 14 cities in Liaoning Province;Finially,the level of business environment is deeply analyzed by using kernel density estimation and convergence test.The research shows that the business environment development level of 14 cities does not converge.Secondly,except that the business environment development level of Shenyang and Dalian is high,the business environment development level of other cities is low,which is mainly affected by factors such as policy,geographical location,talents and regional economic level.To optimize the business environment,we should first establish a perfect legal system,secondly stimulate market vitality,and finally actively explore and integrate into the internationalize process.关键词
