厨房吊柜对天然气泄漏扩散影响的模拟研究OA
Simulation Study on Influence of Kitchen Hanging Cabinet on Natural Gas Leakage and Diffusion
以居民有吊柜厨房与无吊柜厨房为研究对象,对天然气泄漏扩散的体积分数分布情况进行模拟研究.对比分析厨房吊柜对天然气扩散的影响,监测甲烷体积分数变化,给出有吊柜厨房报警器安装位置建议.吊柜的存在改变了天然气扩散的路径,天然气在吊柜下方聚集并沿吊柜向天花板扩散.在泄漏前60 min,有吊柜厨房整体甲烷体积分数高于无吊柜厨房,吊柜使危险性有所增加.有吊柜厨房天然气报警器优先安装在离燃气设施较近的吊柜侧面位置,在符合安装要求的情况下,尽量将报警器下移靠近软管接头等易泄漏位置.吸顶安装报警器选择在灶具前方与吊柜水平距离25 cm处.
Taking the residential kitchens with and without hanging cabinets as the research object,the volume fraction distribution of natural gas leakage and diffusion is simulated and studied.The influence of the hanging cabinet on the diffusion of natural gas is com-pared and analyzed,and the change of methane volume fraction is monitored.The recommendations for the in-stallation location of kitchen alarms with hanging cabi-nets are provided.The existence of the hanging cabinet changes the path of natural gas diffusion,and natural gas accumulates below the cabinets and diffuses to-wards the ceiling along the cabinet.At 60 minutes be-fore the leak,the overall methane volume fraction in the kitchen with a hanging cabinet is higher than that in the kitchen without a hanging cabinet,and the hanging cabinet increases the risk.The natural gas alarm in the kitchen with hanging cabinet should be preferentially mounted on the side of the hanging cabinet closer to the gas facility.When the installation requirements are met,the alarm should be moved down as far as possible to prone leakage locations such as hose joints.The ceiling mounted alarm should be selected at a horizon-tal distance of 25 cm from the hanging cabinet in front of the stove.
