Accident Evaluation Model Based on Set Pair Analysis-Variable Fuzzy Set

提出了一种燃气事故指标评级量化分析的方法.将可变模糊集合理论中的核心参数差异度与集对分析理论核心参数联系度相关联,简化了可变模糊差异度的构建过程,实现了两种方法的优势互补.结合实例,应用所建立的评价模型,对事故后果的指标评级做进一步量化,为更有针对性地进行事故评价提供了参考.

A quantitative analysis method for rating gas accident indicators is proposed.The core pa-rameter difference degree in variable fuzzy set theory is associated with the core parameter connection degree in set pair analysis theory,which simplifies the construc-tion process of variable fuzzy difference degree,and re-alizes the complementary advantages of the two meth-ods.Combined with an example,the established evalu-ation model is applied to further quantify the indicator rating of accident consequences,which provides a refer-ence for more targeted accident evaluation.
