Abstract
Based on the study of various poli-cies,development status and practical experience of the rural gasification project in Henan Province,the con-straints and obstacles of the rural gasification project are summarized through literature review and expert consultation.A DEMATEL-ISM model is constructed by combining the decision laboratory analysis method and the interpretive structural modeling method.The hierarchical relationship of various constraining factors in rural gasification project is identified.The influence degree of each factor on the rural gasification project is clarified.It is concluded that the key factors constrai-ning the rural gasification project are the policy sup-port,the competent department and the planning and construction.According to these three factors,some suggestions to promote the rural gasification project are put forward.关键词
