摘要

Abstract

[Objectives]The paper aimed to explore the reasonable and effective application of different organic rotten materials combined with Pseudomonas fluorescein in reclaimed soil of mining area.[Methods]Maize was selected as the experimental crop to be performed in pot experiment,which was to study the effects of different organic rotten materials(sheep manure,cow manure,pig manure,chicken manure)combined with P.fluorescens on nitrogen form and enzyme activities of reclaimed soil.[Results]Based on the only application of organic rotten material,the combined application of different organic rotten material with P.fluorescens could effectively improve nitrogen content,microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen contents and enzyme activities of reclaimed soil.And the application of chicken manure combined with P.fluorescens showed the most significant improvement effect on nitrogen content,microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen contents and four soil enzyme activities,which significantly increased the content of ammonium nitrogen,microbial biomass carbon and protease activity by 13.12%,20.21%and 16.11%respectively compared with the only application of chicken manure.[Conclusions]Combined application of rotten chicken manure with P.fluorescens showed the best effect,which could be used as a reasonable application method in reclaimed soil.
