MRI表观扩散系数在脑胶质瘤分级和IDH1基因分型中的临床意义OACSTPCD
The clinical significance of MRI apparent diffusion coefficient in brain glioma grading and IDH1 genotyping
目的 探讨MRI表观扩散系数(ADC)在脑胶质瘤分级和异柠檬酸脱氢酶 1(IDH1)基因分型中的临床意义.方法 回顾性收集脑胶质瘤患者60 例,比较不同分级、不同IDH1 基因型脑胶质瘤的ADC.ROC曲线分析ADC诊断不同分级脑胶质瘤的效能.结果 与低级别脑胶质瘤患者比较,高级别脑胶质瘤患者最小ADC、平均ADC、相对最小ADC、相对平均ADC显著降低(P<0.05);而不同IDH1 基因型脑胶质瘤患者上述指标比较差异无显著性(P>0.05).ROC曲线分析结果显示,ADC对脑胶质瘤分级具有良好的诊断价值(P<0.05).结论 ADC对脑胶质瘤分级具有良好的诊断价值.
Aim To investigate the clinical significance of MRI apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)in glioma grading and isocitrate dehydrogenase 1(IDH1)genotyping.Methods A total of 60 patients with glioma were retrospectively collected,and the ADC values of glioma with different grades and different IDH1 genotypes were compared.ROC curve was used to analyze the effi-cacy of ADC in the diagnosis of different grades of glioma.Results Compared with patients with low-grade glioma,the minimum ADC,average ADC,relative minimum ADC and relative average ADC of patients with high-grade glioma were significantly lower(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that ADC had a good diagnostic value for glioma grading(P<0.05).Conclusion ADC has a good diagnostic value for glioma grading.
