Abstract
Aim To investigate the clinical significance of MRI apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)in glioma grading and isocitrate dehydrogenase 1(IDH1)genotyping.Methods A total of 60 patients with glioma were retrospectively collected,and the ADC values of glioma with different grades and different IDH1 genotypes were compared.ROC curve was used to analyze the effi-cacy of ADC in the diagnosis of different grades of glioma.Results Compared with patients with low-grade glioma,the minimum ADC,average ADC,relative minimum ADC and relative average ADC of patients with high-grade glioma were significantly lower(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that ADC had a good diagnostic value for glioma grading(P<0.05).Conclusion ADC has a good diagnostic value for glioma grading.关键词
