谷红注射液联合尼麦角林治疗急性脑梗死的效果及对神经功能恢复、血管内皮功能的影响
Effect of Guhong injection combined with nicergoline in the treatment of acute cerebral in-farction and its influence on neurological function recovery and vascular endothelial function

Abstract
Aim To explore the effect of Guhong injection combined with nicergoline in the treatment of acute cerebral in-farction and the influence on neurologicalfunction recovery and vascular endothelial function.Methods 128 patients with acute cerebral infarction who received treatment were included and randomly divided into observation group(n=64)and control group(n= 64),patients in both groups were given conventional treatment,and the control group was treated with nicergoline,and the observation group was given Guhong injection combined with nicergoline.After 2 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Neurological function recovery[National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Barthel Index(BI)],vascular en-dothelial function[vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),thromboxane-A2(TX-A2),endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO)]and hemorheology(hematokrit,plasma viscosity,platelet aggregation rate,fibrinogen)were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment,and the adverse reactions during treatment were counted.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The NIHSS score,vascu-lar endothelial factors(VEGF,ET-1,NO,TX-A2)and hemorheology(hematocrit,plasma viscosity,platelet aggregation rate,fibrin-ogen)in both groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,and the above indicators in observation group were lower compared with those in control group(all P<0.05).BI score was enhanced compared to before treatment,and the score in observa-tion group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There is no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Guhong injection combined with nicergoline has a significant effect in the treatment of acute cer-ebral infarction,and it can promote the recovery ofneurologicalfunction,enhance the vascular endothelial function and improve the he-morheological status,and it does not increase the risk of adverse reactions.关键词
