摘要
Abstract
The transmission gear of new energy truck is prone to fatigue pitting failure due to the influence of shell deformation.Aiming at the problem of shell deformation,the helix compensation modification of gear is introduced,and the gear is optimized by Romax Designer to improve the contact spot of gear and reduce the maximum contact stress of gear.After modification and optimization,the gear has passed the fatigue endurance test of the transmission,and the life of the gear has been doubled.关键词
