摘要

Abstract

Plate engraving machine is a kind of machine used for carving,cutting and tailoring on the plate.In order to improve the speed and accuracy of the engraving machine,and to study its application in control,PLC is usually used to control the servo motor to drive the tool head for accurate engraving operation.Plate engraving machine can be carved according to pre-designed patterns or models,and is widely used in furniture manufacturing,architectural decoration,art production and other fields.In the control system of the plate engraving machine,through the MCGS configuration software,we can directly reflect the engraving process and accurately control the engraving machine to carve the preset pattern.By optimizing the control,adjusting the motion path and adopting high-precision sensors and encoders,the speed and accuracy of the engraving machine can be greatly improved and a more precise engraving effect can be achieved.The control system can also monitor the position and status of the tool head in real time,adjust the carving parameters in time,and ensure the accuracy of the carving results.
