摘要

Abstract

Seismic performance is directly related to the quality and safety of high-rise buildings.In order to improve the seismic effect of high-rise residential buildings,this paper takes the large bay structure of high-rise residential buildings as the main research object,and studies the design optimization scheme of seismic performance of large bay structure of high-rise residential buildings from the perspective of architectural structure design and based on practical engineering cases.The results show that the optimal design of seismic performance should be based on the planning and design requirements of building structures,and the accuracy of seismic parameter calculation should be improved with the help of advanced intelligent technologies and means.It can be confirmed that seismic performance is an important part of building structural design,and more attention should be paid to seismic performance in the design of large bay structures.
