成品油罐水射流清洗及水处理一体化工艺研究
Research on integrated water jet cleaning and water treatment equipment for product tank
摘要
Abstract
In response to the problems of large and complex cleaning equipment,poor compatibility of cleaning functions,and difficulty in treating oily wastewater generated during cleaning,an integrated water jet cleaning and water treatment process consisting of jet cleaning,negative pressure suction,multi-stage filtration,oil-water separation,and recycling cleaning was proposed for finished oil tanks.A cleaning spray gun design was carried out,and a negative pressure suction and cleaning pumping system and an oil-water separation system were equipped to complete the development of a complete set of equipment for cleaning finished oil tanks.The water jet cleaning and water treatment experiments have achieved good results,achieving efficient and safe cleaning of various structural types of finished oil tanks ranging from 25 to 10 000 m3.The research results can provide engineering solutions and theoretical design basis for unmanned cleaning of various finished oil tanks.关键词
