Research on integrated water jet cleaning and water treatment equipment for product tank

针对现有清洗设备存在体量庞杂、清洗功能适配性差、清洗产生的含油污水难以处理达标等问题,提出一种由射流清洗、负压抽吸、多级过滤、油水分离、循环清洗等流程组成的成品油罐水射流清洗及水处理一体化工艺,开展了清洗喷枪设计,配套负压抽吸及清洗泵送系统以及油水分离系统,完成成品油罐清洗成套设备研制.水射流清洗及水处理试验效果良好,实现了25~10 000 m3 各种结构类型的成品油罐高效、安全清洗.研究成果可为各类成品油罐无人进罐清洗提供工程方案和理论设计依据.

In response to the problems of large and complex cleaning equipment,poor compatibility of cleaning functions,and difficulty in treating oily wastewater generated during cleaning,an integrated water jet cleaning and water treatment process consisting of jet cleaning,negative pressure suction,multi-stage filtration,oil-water separation,and recycling cleaning was proposed for finished oil tanks.A cleaning spray gun design was carried out,and a negative pressure suction and cleaning pumping system and an oil-water separation system were equipped to complete the development of a complete set of equipment for cleaning finished oil tanks.The water jet cleaning and water treatment experiments have achieved good results,achieving efficient and safe cleaning of various structural types of finished oil tanks ranging from 25 to 10 000 m3.The research results can provide engineering solutions and theoretical design basis for unmanned cleaning of various finished oil tanks.
