Research progression of role of TRPV4 in the occurrence and development of breast cancer
摘要
Abstract
Transient receptor potential vanilloid 4(TRPV4)is a non-selective and permeable cation channel,which can be ac-tivated by various physical and chemical stimuli and participate in the development of tumor.TRPV4 plays a key role in multiple bio-logical processes of breast cancer and is expected to be a potential target for breast cancer diagnosis and treatment.This article re-views the role of TRPV4 in the invasion and migration of breast cancer cells,angiogenesis and cancer cell death in order to find poten-tial targets for the treatment of breast cancer.关键词
