Abstract
Pressure gauge is an important testing instrument in industrial production,and its measurement accuracy has an important impact on the safety of production in enterprises.In order to effectively deal with the problems that may be encountered in the verification process of the pressure gauge and improve the accuracy and reliability of the pressure gauge,the working principle and verification contents of the pressure gauge are analyzed.On this basis,the problems that may occur in the process of measurement and verification of pressure gauge and their causes are discussed,and a feasible solution is made.The analysis results show that zero error error,tapping displacement,needle jumping or needle lag,indication error,return error and so on are common problems in the measurement and verification of pressure gauges.For this reason,it is necessary to analyze the causes of errors or faults and carry out maintenance according to the solution,so as to improve the level and efficiency of measurement verification and promote the accurate application of pressure gauges in industrial production.关键词
