磁悬浮离心式冷水机组节能潜力及其经济性分析OA北大核心CSTPCD
Energy saving potential and economic analysis for magnetic levitation centrifugal chiller
为了有效评估磁悬浮冷水机组在节能与成本方面的优势,本文建立了冷水机组的能耗与全生命周期成本(LCC)模型,研究了磁悬浮机组的节能效果与经济性.研究结果表明,相比于螺杆机组,磁悬浮机组在全生命周期中节能约30%,碳排放量降低了1.7×105~1.8×105 kg.同时,同一设计方案下磁悬浮机组的LCC更低,单台机组节约100 000~140 000元.当使用时间达到8年,磁悬浮机组相对于螺杆机组的成本优势开始显现.电价敏感性分析结果表明,电价高于0.7元/(kW·h)时磁悬浮机组才更具有经济性.研究结果可为磁悬浮冷水机组的节能效果与经济性优势提供理论支持,对相关工程项目的决策具有重要的参考价值和意义.
In order to effectively evaluate the advantages of maglev chiller in terms of energy saving and economic performance,the energy consumption model and life cycle cost(LCC)model were established,then the effect of energy saving and economics of the maglev chiller were stuided.The research results show that the maglev chiller saves about 30%of energy and reduces carbon emissions by 1.7×105~1.8×105 kg over life cycle.At the same time,the LCC of maglev chiller is lower than screw chiller under the same design scheme,and about 100 000~140 000 Yuan can be saved for each chiller.The cost advantage of maglev chiller over screw chiller begins to emerge after 8 years of use.The sensitivity analysis of electricity price indicates that it is more economical for maglev chiller when electricity price is higher than 0.7 Yuan/(kW·h).The results can provide theoretical support for the energy-saving effect and economic advantages of maglev chillers,and have important reference value and significance for the decision-making of related engineering projects.
