宽温域下偏转板电液伺服阀温度场特性
Temperature field characteristics of deflector electro-hydraulic servo valve in the wide temperature range

Abstract
In order to solve the problem that the temperature distribution law of each location of the complex parts of the electro-hydraulic servo valve can not be measured under the extreme temperature service environment,a temperature analysis method of the electro-hydraulic servo valve and its precision components considering the heat transfer process was established under the working conditions of the working medium temperature of-40~140℃and the ambient temperature of-55~250℃,and the temperature distribution law of each component and its influencing factors were obtained.The analysis results show that the outer surface temperature of the torque motor shell and the valve body is the worst,which is close to the ambient temperature.The valve body presents a temperature gradient from the outer surface to the inside.The valve core and valve sleeve are in direct contact with the working medium,and the temperature condition is good.The torque motor has a large temperature gradient from top to bottom,the temperature difference is about 66℃under high-temperature conditions,of which the temperature difference between the upperand lower parts of the spring tube is about 45℃,and the temperature difference between the upper and lower parts of the feedback rod is about 26℃.Large temperature gradients can easily cause changes in material stiffness and even matching size,which significantly affects service performance,and needs to be fully considered in material selection.Ambient temperature has a significant influence on the parts of the torque motor assembly that are not in contact with the working medium and also has a significant influence on the properties of magnetic materials,air gap,and coil.The medium temperature is usually lower than the ambient temperature,and the parts in contact with the working medium are less affected by the ambient temperature.The analysis method and results can be used for the design and analysis of electro-hydraulic servo valves in a wide temperature range.关键词
