金属羰基化合物参与催化反应的研究进展
Research progress for the metal-carbonyl-compound involved catalytic reactions
摘要
Abstract
Compounds with both electrophilic and nucleophilic centers have always been a key research interest in organic chemistry.As the most representative compound of this kind,M-homoenolate,functioning as a carbon nucleophilic reagent reacting with electrophilic reagent,facilitates the coupling reactions of carbon-carbon bonds and carbon-hetero bonds at β-position of carbonyl groups.The ubiquity of carbonyl functional groups in compounds including aldehydes,ketones,esters,and anhydrides underscores the scientific and market values of exploring M-homoenolate.Additionally,it is also an intermediate widely used in pharmaceutical chemistry and the synthesis of natural molecules.关键词
