Research progress and countermeasure analysis of fly ash recycling technology
大量排放和堆置的粉煤灰会给环境造成巨大的威胁,对其进行资源化有利于环境的保护.本文分别从化学成分、物理性质、填充物以及高附加值利用等角度分析粉煤灰资源化技术的进展;讨论粉煤灰积存产生的原因、资源化技术与运输半径的关系、资源化技术与处理能力之间的矛盾,并针对这些存在的问题提出了相应的对策:大宗快消品应对粉煤灰产生的持续性、高附加值应对运输半径局限、高附加值资源化产品的多样化应对处理能力.
The discharge and accumulation of a large amount of fly ash can pose a significant threat to the environment,and its resource utilization is beneficial for environmental protection.The development of fly ash recycling technology from the perspectives of chemical composition,physical properties,fillers and high added value utilization were analyzed in this article.The reasons for the accumulation of fly ash,the relationship between resource recycling technology and transportation radius,and the contradiction between resource recycling technology and processing capacity were discussed,and it put forward corresponding countermeasures against these existing problems:addressing the sustainability of fly ash generation for bulk consumer goods,high added value to cope with the limitation of transportation radius,and the diversification of high value-added products in response to the lack of processing capacity.
