基于陈无择"运气十六方"探讨五运六气理论在皮肤病领域的辨治特色
Research progress of the application of the theory of five movements and six qi in dermatology based on Chen Wuze's "Sixteen Prescriptions for Yun Qi"
摘要
Abstract
Yun-qi theory began in the Huangdi Neijing,which was varied and regulated heaven and earth.Skin diseases are difficult to heal,lingering course,easy to repeat the characteristics.Yun-qi theory is effective in the diagnosis and treatment of dermatosis.By discussing the relationship between Yun-qi and skin barrier,it is suggested that innate endowment of"five move-ments six qi"leads to skin diseases easily,and acquired endowment of"five movements six qi"leads to skin diseases easily.Yun-qi theory is proposed to regulate skin diseases,with"Sixteen directions of Yun-qi"skin conditioning,attach importance to"Yu Jie Shi"adjustment cardinal,spread"Tai-yang"to protect the skin.It is helpful to expand the clinical syndrome differentia-tion of skin disorders,and provides an example for doctors to guide skin diseases clinical with Yun-qi theory.关键词
