益气养阴加祛风药方对动脉粥样硬化大鼠腹主动脉内中膜厚度及炎症因子表达影响的实验研究
Experimental study on the effect of Yiqi Yangyin plus Qufeng Prescription on Immu-ne Inflammatory Factor and intraperitoneal aorta mesmembrane Thickness in Athero-sclerosis Rats

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Qufeng Prescription on the expression level of immune inflam-matory factor hs-CRP、TGF-β1、IL-8、MMP-9and the change of intraperitoneal aorta mesmembrane thickness before and af-ter treatment in Ath-erosclerotic rats.Methods:46SD rats were randomly divided into four groups:blank group,model group,traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group.The blank group was fed with basic feed,the other groups were fed with aortic intimal balloon injury plus high fat feed,the traditional Chinese medicine group was given Yiqi Yangyin Qufeng Prescription and the western medicine group was given rosuvastatin tablets.After 4weeks of administration,the abdominal aorta was cut to retain the atherosclerotic plaque as a specimen,and the expression level of the hs-CRP、TGF-β1、IL-8、MMP-9and the thickness of intraperitoneal aorta mesmembrane were measured.Results:Compared with the SNK method,there were significant differences in the expression level of hs-CRP、TGF-β1、IL-8、MMP-9between Chinese medicine group and model group,western medicine group and model group(P<0.05).but also statistically significant changes in the thickness of the medi-al membrane in intraperitoneal aorta mesmembrane(P<0.05).between Chinese medicine group and model group,western medi-cine group and model group.Conclusion:Yiqi Yangyin plus Qifeng prescription can significantly improve the expression level of hs-CRP、TGF-β1、IL-8、MMP-9and the thickness of intraperitoneal aorta mesmembrane before and after treatment in athero-sclerotic rats.关键词
