Abstract
In recent years,the offshore wind power industry has experienced continuous expansion and a steady reduction in costs,positioning offshore wind as a significant component of global renewable energy.This paper focuses on the development trends in global offshore wind power construction,employing authoritative data from international organizations and establishing an analytical framework from a techno-economic perspective.The analysis reveals current global trends in offshore wind power construction,including ongoing expansion of projects,upsizing of individual units,scaling of project size,offshore and deep-water wind farm construction,and the comprehensive utilization of existing offshore oil and gas extraction technologies,along with the multi-modal integration of offshore wind power.Furthermore,through international comparison,it is concluded that China has secured a leading position in offshore wind power construction worldwide.However,there are still shortcomings in expanding the capacity factor and reducing the cost of electricity,and the paper proposes relevant policy suggestions.关键词
