The Influence of Social Employment Market Environment on the Willingness of Local Normal University Students to Teach in Rural Areas

Abstract
In order to study the impact of the social employment market environment on the willingness of local normal university students to teach in rural areas,this study conducted a survey of local normal university students.The study found that the social employment market environment and its various factors are significantly related to the willingness of local normal university students to teach in rural areas,and have a positive impact.Different elements of the social employment market environment have different impacts on the willingness of local normal university students to teach in rural areas.Among them,the employment situation of teachers'professional posts has the greatest impact on the willingness of local normal university students to teach in rural areas,followed by the overall situation of college students'employment,rural teachers'job recruitment information and urban teachers'job opportunities.Therefore,in order to improve the willingness of local college normal students to teach in rural areas,all sectors of society must work together to attract local college normal students to teach in rural areas,develop rural education and improve the quality of rural education.关键词
