乡村教师离职倾向影响因素实证分析
An Empirical Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Rural Teachers'Turnover Tendency
摘要
Abstract
This study uses text mining technology to extract the text features of online reviews,and then estimates the factors of rural teachers'turnover based on the joint analysis method.Finally,it forms a DADR model and validates it with the members of H National Training Center.The results show that rural teachers'experience in social status and reputation,family life and feelings,and personal development and income is not ideal The poor family life and feelings,personal development and income experience will have a positive impact on the resignation of rural teachers.Therefore,it puts forward strategies to improve income and personal development treatment for young rural teachers;For middle-aged rural teachers,implement the strategy of taking care of their children in school;For the elderly rural teachers,implementing the strategies of professional title honor and social status and honor satisfaction can effectively avoid the loss of rural teachers.关键词
