摘要
Abstract
The development of research and innovation(R&I)clusters promotes the gathering and utilization of talent,and vice versa.R&I clusters provide carriers for cultivating and attracting talent.The gathering of talent plays a critical role to further improve performance of R&I clusters.This paper aims to analyze the relationship between the development of R&I clusters and talent gathering&utilization mechanism in the U.K.,and problems and challenges they are facing,and deliver policy implications to improve talent cultivation,gathering and utilization mechanism and promote innovation cluster development in China.关键词
