混凝土泵车臂架机构铰点位置优化研究

Abstract
Taking a concrete pump truck as the research object,the dynamic analysis and simulation research based on ADAMS were carried out to solve the problem that the hydraulic cylinder is stressed too much and lacks luffing ride comfort during the boom work to explore the bearing characteristics of the boom structure under complex motion characteristics.By establishing and analyzing the parametric model of the boom structure,the position of the hinge point of the boom was optimized based on the real load drive,which greatly reduces the maximum force of the hydraulic cylinder.Considering that the objective of the first stage optimization process is single and the optimization design of the boom structure is not perfect,the optimization process was analyzed and a multi-objective nonlinear constraint optimization model was constructed,and a fast and feasible joint simulation optimization scheme was proposed.The analysis results show that the scheme further reduces the stress of the hydraulic cylinder and connecting rod in dangerous working conditions,effectively reduces the stress fluctuation during the working process of the boom,and obviously improves the performance of the luffing mechanism,which provides a theoretical basis for the optimal design of the hinge point position of the boom mechanism of the concrete pump truck.关键词
