引火归元贴联合耳尖放血疗法在血液透析伴肾性高血压患者中的应用效果评价

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of Yinhuoguiyuan paste combined with ear tip bloodletting therapy in hemodialysis patients with renal hypertension.Methods 202patients with hemodialysis and renal hypertension admitted to our hos-pital from October 2021to November 2022were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment plans,they were divided into the control group(ear tip bloodletting therapy+conventional treatment)of 98cases and the observation group(on the basis of the control group,Yinghuoguiyuan paste was added)of 104cases.The clinical curative effect,immediate antihypertensive situation,blood pressure level,hypertensive TCM symptom score and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The differences in systolic and diastolic blood pressures in the two groups increased significantly over time,and the differences in systolic and diastolic blood pressures in the observation group at 5minutes,15minutes,30minutes,and 60minutes after the first treatment were greater than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels in the two groups decreased significantly(P＜0.05);and there was no significant difference in the systolic and di-astolic blood pressure levels between the two groups(P＞0.05).One week after treatment and one month after treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms of hypertension in the two groups decreased significantly,and the decline rate of TCM symptom scores of hypertension in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P＜0.05).There were no serious adverse reac-tions in both groups.Conclusion Yinhuoguiyuan paste combined with ear tip bloodletting therapy has good immediate and short-term blood pressure reduction effects in hemodialysis patients with renal hypertension,and can significantly improve the TCM syn-drome score of hypertension.关键词
