穴位贴敷联合中药雾化吸入护理在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者中的应用效果
Application effect of acupoint application combined with Chinese medicine atomizing inhalation nursing in elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine atomizing inhalation nursing in elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 100elderly pa-tients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital from June 2021to June 2023were selected as the study objects,and were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 50cases in each group.The study adopted acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine atomiza-tion inhalation nursing,and the control group adopted conventional nursing.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,lung function index,inflammatory response,immune function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of TCM symptoms of cough,shortness of breath,phlegm and pulmonary moist rales in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The peak expiratory volume flow(PEF),forced expiratory volume/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC),forced expiratory volume as a percentage of predicted value(FEV1％pred)and forced vital capacity as a percentage of predicted value(FVC％pre)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),interleukin-4(IL-4)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)of the study group were lower than those of the con-trol group,and CD4+/CD8+were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine atomizing inhalation nursing can improve clinical symptoms,reduce inflammation,improve im-mune function and lung function of patients,and improve clinical therapeutic effect.关键词
