针灸疗法在不孕症中的应用现状与规律
The Application Situation and Law of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Infertility

Abstract
Objective To summarise and explore the application law of acupuncture and moxibustion in infertility.Method Relative literatures of studies were reviewed from the databases of CNKI,VIP,Wanfang data,Cochrane Library,MEDLINE,EMbase.The database of acupuncture therapy and acupoint prescriptions was established,and statistical analysis was carried out using Excel 2010,SPSS 26.0and SPSS modeler 18.0.Results A total of 281 literatures were included.The causes of infertility in-cluded ovulation disorder factors,pelvic factors and immune factors,and ovulation disorders have the largest number.Manual ac-upuncture is the main acupuncture therapy.The results of high-frequency acupoints,association analysis and cluster analysis all suggest that CV4,SP6,EX-CAI,CV6and ST36are important acupoints.Conception Meridian is the most important channel.Conclusion At present,acupuncture and moxibustion is mainly used in ovulation disorder infertility,which plays an assisted role.The selection of acupoints is based on the theory of"Ren-conception vessel dominates conception"theory.Ovulation disorder in-fertility attaches importance to comprehensive conditioning,tonifying liver and kidney,regulating emotion and promoting transpor-tation;Pelvic factor infertility focuses on supplementing Qi and blood and promoting local blood supply.The acupoint prescription assisting pregnancy mainly through Tonifying the liver and kidney,regulating Chong-Ren,strengthening the spleen and stomach and regulating Shen.关键词
