中医药调控内质网应激治疗抑郁症的研究进展
Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of depression in endoplasmic reticulum stress
摘要
Abstract
Depression is a common disease of mental disorders with high prevalence and recurrence rate.Endoplasmic retic-ulum stress(ERS)mediates the pathogenesis of various mental diseases including depression by activating the unfolded protein response(UPR).Traditional antidepressants have the disadvantages of large side effects and strong drug dependence.Therefore,it is necessary to find better drug replacement therapy,which has become a research hotspot in the treatment of depression.Stud-ies have found that traditional Chinese medicine and its active ingredients,compound and other traditional Chinese medicine ther-apies can play a multi-channel,multi-link,multi-target mechanism of action,effectively reduce ERS-induced neuronal apopto-sis,thereby exerting antidepressant effects and improving depressive symptoms.Therefore,the use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of depression mediated by ERS is worthy of summary and promotion.关键词
