Abstract
This paper analyzes the role of standardization in supporting the online-onsite convenient government services and relevant policy requirements,summarizes the effects and existing problems of the standardization work in this aspect,constructs a standards system framework of online-onsite convenient government services in Shanghai,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to deepen the standardization work in this aspect.关键词
