Abstract

In response to the subjective shortcomings of current quantitative comprehensive risk assessment methods for hydropower projects,a new quantitative comprehensive risk assessment model is proposed to calculate the comprehensive risk value and comprehensive risk level quantitatively by establishing a fuzzy relationship matrix and a risk mutual judgment matrix,and by establishing the judgment criterion between the calculated comprehensive risk level and the safety evaluation conclusion,the overall risk level and evaluation conclusion of the project is obtained.The quantitative comprehensive risk assessment method is verified by taking the safety pre-assessment of Xinjiang Ruoqiang Pumped-storage Power Station Project as an example.The results show that the evaluation conclusion is in line with the project practice,and the quantitative comprehensive risk assessment optimization method can be applied to the safety pre-assessment and safety acceptance evaluation of hydropower projects.
