Abstract
The rule of law is the best business environment,and the market economy is essentially a law-based economy.Strengthening the legal guarantee system for the high-quality development of the textile industry is not only an internal demand for promoting high-quality economic and social development in the new era,but also an inevitable require-ment for implementing China's strategic deployment of the rule of law.In order to comprehensively construct and improve the legal guarantee system for the high-quality development of the textile industry,the status quo of the legal development of the high-quality development of the textile industry is reviewed and the legal problems,and proposes specific legal strat-egies and institutional arrangements are analyzed from three stages of front-end design and research,mid-end production and operation,and back-end recycling of the textile industry.关键词
