Abstract
P-nitrophenyl thiourea is synthesized through multistage continuous reaction using p-nitroaniline and ammonium thiocyanate as raw materials under the catalysis of sulfuric acid.The effects of preparation conditions,including the molar ratio of raw materials,acid value,reaction temperature and reaction time on the reaction,are investigated by sin-gle factor variable method.The optimum reaction conditions are obtained as follows:the molar ratio of ammonium thiocya-nate to p-nitroaniline 1.55∶1.00,acid value 32.5%,reaction temperature 96℃,reaction time about 19 h.The results show that the purity of the product is above 97%and the yield is about 83.4%.关键词
