摘要

Abstract

Motors generate a large amount of heat while providing power.Generally,aluminum alloy water-cooled motor casing is used to cool the motor and ensures its service life.The aluminum alloy water-cooled motor casing is welded to ensure the sealing of its water channels.Compared with traditional fusion welding methods,friction stir welding and a reasonable welding process can effectively reduce welding defects,reduce heat input,and improve the first pass rate of products.The friction stir welding process can be promoted and applied in such aluminum alloy products,providing a solid foundation for the development of such products in the subsequent new energy field.
