2189例住院结核病患者病耻感现状及影响因素分析
Analysis of Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Stigma Associated with Tuberculosis Patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of stigma in tuberculosis patients.Methods From June 2021 to December 2021,a convenient sampling method was used to select 2189 TB patients who were hospi-talized in a tertiary hospital in Chengdu as respondents.The survey was conducted using general survey data scale and tuberculosis related stigma scale.Results The score of stigma was divided into(9.60±4.47),which showed statistical differences in age,ethnicity,education,marriage,place of residence,occupational status,personal income,number of family population,number of chronic diseases combined,number of hospitalizations due to tuberculosis,initial treatment and re-treatment,sputum nature,drug resistance,and statistical differences.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that ethnicity(β =-0.167,P =0.000),divorced patients(β = 0.079,P = 0.000),residence in towns or counties(β =-0.060,P = 0.010),personal monthly income(β =-0.054,P =0.034),and the number of comorbid chronic diseases(β =0.098,P =0.000)were influencing factors of tuberculosis patients'stigma.Conclusion The high degree of stigma in tuberculosis patients suggests that clinical attention should be paid to and identified patients with high stigma in tuberculosis patients,and family and social support should be actively mobilized to re-duce the stigma associated with tuberculosis patients and explore more effective interventions.关键词
