2L聚乙二醇方案肠道准备的"真实世界"研究
The "Real World" Study of 2 L Compound Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte in Bowel Preparation

Abstract
Objective To study the application effect of 2 L compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution(PEG)in bowel preparation before colonoscopy based on"real world".Methods A total of 4268 patients who underwent bowel preparation using 2 L compound PEG in the Digestive Endoscopy Center of our hospital from November 2022 to April 2023 were included in this study.Based on the Boston bowel preparation scale(BBPS),the overall and segmental colon cleaning results were scored,and two groups including qualified group(n =3802)and unqualified group(n =466)were divided according to whether they were quali-fied.The risk factors,patients'tolerability and feeling of the two groups were compared.Results Among the 4268 patients who used 2 L compound PEG for bowel preparation,3802 were qualified(pass rate 89.1%)and 466 were unqualified(fail rate 10.9%).The total BBPS score was(6.60±1.10)points,the right colon score was(2.05±0.48)points,the transverse colon score was(2.45±0.55)points,and the left colon score was(2.10±0.45)points.The total polyp detection rate was 51.6%(2203/4268).Multivariate Logistic regression equation analysis showed that men,history of gastrointestinal surgery,history of diabetes,and history of defecation less than 3 times a week were all risk factors for unqualified bowel preparation before colonoscopy(OR＞1,P＜0.05).Conclusion The 2 L compound PEG powder can basically meet the management needs of Chinese people for bowel preparation before colonoscopy.For men,patients with gastrointestinal surgery history,diabetes history,and patients with less than three bowel movements per week,more strict bowel preparation methods are required.关键词
