新技术密集型重大工程项目管理措施探讨OA
新技术密集型重大工程是一个将若干复杂度高的新技术同时转化为一型可使用产品的过程,具有技术指标高、研制周期短、应用需求迫切等特点.随着我国科技事业的高速发展,传统项目管理方式已逐渐不适应新技术密集型重大工程研制需求,该文基于近年承研项目研制经验及存在问题,结合前期在立项论证、组织模式、进度管控、质量管理和经费管理等方面开展的管理措施探索,探讨在新技术密集型重大工程项目管理措施方面的尝试.
New technology-intensive major project is a process of transforming several complex new technologies into a type of usable product at the same time,which has the characteristics of high technical index,short development cycle,urgent application demand and so on.With the rapid development of science and technology in our country,the traditional project management mode has gradually failed to meet the needs of the development of new technology-intensive major projects.Based on the research experience and existing problems of research projects in recent years,as well as the previous exploration of management measures in the aspects of project demonstration,organization mode,progress control,quality management and funds management,this paper discusses the attempts in the management measures of new technology-intensive major projects.
