新技术密集型重大工程项目管理措施探讨

Abstract
New technology-intensive major project is a process of transforming several complex new technologies into a type of usable product at the same time,which has the characteristics of high technical index,short development cycle,urgent application demand and so on.With the rapid development of science and technology in our country,the traditional project management mode has gradually failed to meet the needs of the development of new technology-intensive major projects.Based on the research experience and existing problems of research projects in recent years,as well as the previous exploration of management measures in the aspects of project demonstration,organization mode,progress control,quality management and funds management,this paper discusses the attempts in the management measures of new technology-intensive major projects.关键词
