双髁置换术与全膝置换术治疗内外双间室膝骨关节炎的早期疗效对比
Efficacy analysis of short-term effects of total and bicompartmental knee arthroplasties in treating internal and external bicompartmental knee osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective To compare the short-term effects of bicompartmental knee arthroplasty(BKA)and total knee arthroplasty(TKA)in the treatment of internal and external bicompartmental knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A retrospective study was conducted from February 2023 to May 2023 in patients with internal and external bicompartmental KOA at the First Affiliated Hospital of USTC.The intraoperative bleeding,operation time,hospital stay,and postoperative knee pain VAS,KSS,and ROM were compared between the two groups.Results All patients were followed up for 3 to 6 months,mean(4.2±1.2)months.Surgery was successfully completed in both groups,and there were no serious intraoperative complications.The intraoperative bleeding and hospital stay in the BKA group were better than that in the TKA group(P<0.05).However,the operation time in the TKA group was better than that in the BKA group(P<0.05).During the follow-up period,no surgical site infection,deep vein thrombosis and loosening of prosthesis occurred in both groups.Compared with the preoperative period,the knee ROM,VAS and HSS scores were improved in both groups at the last follow-up.At the last follow-up,the knee ROM,VAS and HSS scores of the BKA group were better than those of the TKA group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both TKA and BKA are viable treatment options for patients with internal and external bicompartmental osteoarthritis of knee,but early efficacy BKA is more effective in pain relief and recovery of knee function.关键词
