Research progress of surgical treatment of bony Bankart lesion
摘要
Abstract
Anterior dislocation of the shoulder is relatively common in clinical practice,which often leads to the anterior joint capsule labrum complex injury and glenoid bone loss(bony Bankart lesion).Inappropriate treatment may result in instability of the shoulder and osteoarthritis,affecting the outcome of patients.Patients with primary dislocation but high exercise requirements or recurrent shoulder dislocation have a higher risk of shoulder dislocation after conservative treatment,thus,surgical treatment has gradually become a consensus.This article aims to review the main methods of surgical repair and reconstruction of bony Bankart lesions in recent years,and provide a reference for research and clinical decision-making of bony Bankart lesions.关键词
